Murtal the Turtal (Turtle) is getting her lead weight glued back on...

Murtal our Green Sea Turtle getting her lead weight glued back on after it fell off, owing to the constant growth of her shell.

Murtal is one of our rescued animals after she was hit by a boat in Sydney harbour. She now has an air pocket somewhere in her shell causing her rear to float. She now needs this extra weight to correct her buoyancy.

Yes folks, Red Foo of LMFAO and X-Factor fame spent the evening shooting in our main tank full of Sharks, Rays and Turtles.

The shoot was for his latest pop promo video, and involved free-diving and kissing a mermaid - all in a days work for the Foo-ster!
