Port Jackson Shark!
- Port Jackson's are local to the southern coast of Australia.
- Their teeth are flat and great for crushing, which is perfect for the food they eat, such as molluscs.
- They are only around half a metre in length and pose no threat to humans.
- They are believed to be at the peak of their evolution, remaining unchanged for 100 million years!
- The female Port Jackson Shark lays eggs, roughly the size of a toilet role.
- The egg takes 11-12 months before hatching.
